摘　　要：在当今社会竞争逐渐激烈的环境下,突发公共卫生事件使社会各方面的压力持续增加,大学生面临生活、学习、情感、就业等各方面的压力,极易出现心理问题及行为失常等情况,造成不可挽回的后果,由此可见挫折教育对大学生的重要性。探讨挫折教育对大学生成长成才的意义,以及目前挫折教育存在的问题,从家庭、学校、社会三方面入手,重视和强化大学生挫折教育,提高对挫折教育的重视程度。充分发挥挫折教育的作用,有效推动思想政治教学工作的深入开展,促进大学生全面发展。Under the increasingly fierce competition in today’s society,unexpected emergency of public health has made all aspects of the society’s pressure continue to increase.The situation faced by college students is becoming more and more complex.The pressures of life,study,emotion,employment and so on often make them be taken by surprise.Under all kinds of pressure,it is easy for college students to lead to psychological distortion and abnormal behavior,resulting in irreversible consequences.This shows the importance of frustration education to college students.This article discusses the significance of frustration education for the growth of college students,as well as the problems existing in frustration education at present.From three aspects of family,school and society,we should attach importance to and strengthen frustration education for college students,and improve the importance of frustration education.We should give full play to the role of frustration education,effectively promote the in-depth development of ideological and political teaching and the all-round development of college students.
