摘  要:近年来,随着国家创新驱动发展战略的深入落实和创新带动制造业优化升级战略的不断推进,许多工业领域对具有交叉学科创新能力的高层次工程技术人才,尤其是具有行业领军能力的人才的需求不断增加。特别是作为基础产业并承载强国重任的冶金行业,工程技术人才培养与生产技术岗位需求脱节的矛盾日益凸显。为了更好地抓住新发展阶段、落实新发展理念、融入全新的发展布局,探索工程技术人才培养新路径迫在眉睫。以冶金领域为例,从开放系统理论的视角,深入探讨新时期现代冶金领域工程技术人才的培养路径,建立能够全面激励工程研究生创新精神、培养处理复杂工程实践问题能力的新型工程技术人才培养模型。In recent years,with the in-depth implementation of the national innovation-driven development strategy and the continuous promotion of the innovation-driven manufacturing optimization and upgrading strategy,the demand for high-level engineering and technical talents with interdisciplinary innovation capabilities,especially those with industry-leading capabilities,in many industrial fields has increased.As a basic industry and bearing the heavy responsibility of becoming a powerful country,the contradiction between the training of engineering and technical personnel and the demand for production and technical posts is increasingly prominent.In order to better grasp the new development stage,implement the new development concept,and integrate into the new development layout,it is urgent to explore a new path for training engineering and technical talents.Taking the field of metallurgy as an example,from the perspective of open system theory,this paper deeply discusses the training path of engineering and technical talents in the modern metallurgical field in the new era,and establishes a new engineering and technical talent training model that can comprehensively stimulate the innovative spirit of engineering postgraduate and cultivate the ability to deal with complex engineering practical problems.
