新工科背景下应用型人才校企联合培养模式探索——以生物工程专业为例

摘　　要：立足国家战略发展新需求、立德树人新要求,对接生物制药产业需求,生物工程专业对应用型人才校企联合培养模式进行探索与改革,建立以企业需求为导向的应用型人才校企联合培养模式。通过更新课程内容、创新教学方法、建设师资队伍、搭建校企产学研合作育人平台等方面的改革,取得了较好的人才培养效果。应用型人才校企联合培养模式的提出和实施,提高了人才培养的质量,促进就业创业,对推动区域经济的发展和产业技术的创新具有重要意义。Based on the new requirements of the national strategic development and the new requirements of moral education,and connecting with the needs of the biopharmaceutical industry,in the major of bioengineering,we explore and reform the college-enterprise joint training mode of applied talents,so as to establish the collegeenterprise joint training mode of applied talents oriented by the needs of enterprises.We have achieved good results in talent cultivation through the reform of updating the curriculum content,innovating teaching methods,building a teaching staff,and building a platform for college-enterprise industry-college-research cooperation.The proposal and implementation of the college-enterprise joint training mode for application-oriented talents have improved the quality of talent training,and promoted employment and entrepreneurship,which is of great significance for promoting the development of regional economy and innovation of industrial technology.
