摘  要:锅炉是电站重要设备之一,其安全稳定运行至关重要。利用无人机实现锅炉炉膛的自动巡视和检修,有效提高了检修效率,降低检修成本。无人机炉内飞控和定位是关键和核心问题,研究了炉内无人机定位技术,采用模糊PID优化了飞控算法,并利用三维虚拟定位技术实现了无人机炉外实时操控和定位。Boiler is one of the important equipment in power plant, and its safe and stable operation is very important.The automatic inspection and maintenance of boiler furnace is realized by UAV, which effectively improves the maintenance efficiency and reduces the maintenance cost. The flight control and positioning of UAV in the furnace is the key and core problem. The positioning technology of UAV in the furnace is studied, the flight control algorithm is optimized by fuzzy PID, and the real-time control and positioning outside the furnace of UAV are realized by using three-dimensional virtual positioning technology.
