创新型高校毕业生就业工作体系构建研究

摘　　要：就业是最大的民生。近几年来受新冠肺炎疫情、国际环境复杂、经济结构性改革等因素影响,高校毕业生总量不断增多、企业吸纳高校毕业生能力不足、行业发展变革导致供需矛盾加剧、高校毕业生就业取向趋于保守。高校毕业生就业面临着就业市场人才需求发生新变化、高校人才培养供给侧调整力度不够和毕业生就业质量有待提高等困难和挑战。因此,创新体制,凝聚就业工作合力;创新政策,优化就业资源对接;创新载体,提高就业服务质量,构建创新型高校毕业生就业工作体系,是促进高校毕业生更加充分更高质量就业的有效方法和途径。Employment is part of people’s livelihood of great priority.In recent years,under the influence of COVID-19 pandemic,complexity of international environment,and economic structural reform,etc.,the total number of college graduates has been increasing with intensifying pressure,characterized by the inadequate capability of recruitment of businesses,intensified contradiction caused by industry development,and the conservative trend of graduates’career orientation.Therefore,the employment of college graduates is facing great difficulties and challenges.On the one hand,the demands of talent in job markets are changing;on the other hand,the supply side reform of college talent cultivating turns out to be inefficient,and the quality of graduates is in great need of improvement.As a result,effective strategies which could promote college graduates’employment in a more adequate way are in great need:institutional innovation,integrating employment work;policy innovation,optimizing employment resources;carrier innovation,improving the quality of employment services and setting up a new model of college graduates’employment system.
