摘  要:自20世纪80年代介绍与引进西方音乐剧后,中国音乐剧教育事业也已发展了30年。以北京舞蹈学院为代表的高等艺术院校,依托传统专业优势开办音乐剧教学,不仅培养了大批人才,也初步建立起系统的教学体系。但随着音乐剧产业发展对人才需求的变化,当代音乐剧教育生源堪忧、师资不足、教材短缺、创作乏力等一系列问题暴露出来。文章以北京舞蹈学院音乐剧系为例,总结中国音乐剧教育的发展历程与现状,分析现存的主要问题与成因,并提出应对的策略与实施方案,旨在为国内音乐剧专业人才培养工作提供借鉴。Since the introduction of Western musicals in the 1980s, musical theater education in China has developed for 30 years. The higher art institutions, represented by Beijing Dance Academy, have not only cultivated many talents but also initially established a systematic teaching system by relying on their traditional professional advantages to implement musical theater teaching. However, with the changes in the demand for talents from the development of musical theater industry, a series of problems such as unbalanced student sources, insufficient teachers, shortage of teaching materials and lack of creativity have been exposed in contemporary musical theater education. The paper takes the Department of Musical Theatre of Beijing Dance Academy as an example to summarize the development history and current situation of musical theater education in China, analyzes the existing problems and causes, and propose strategies and implementation plans to cope with them, aiming to provide a reference for the training of domestic musical theater professionals.
