摘 要:为解决传统高等教育发展中出现的学生无法适应未来的工作要求、受教育者的知识鸿沟变大、教师工作压力和学生学业压力加重等问题,荷兰研究型大学协会等机构联合发布《掌握数字化:数字化是高等教育理想转型的催化剂》,旨在为读者提供工具和灵感,以加速高等教育沿着正确的路线转型。文章采用内容分析法,分别从荷兰高等教育数字化转型的三大动因、六大愿景、十项重点行动等方面进行了系统分析,提出对我国高等教育数字化转型的五点启示:服务全民终身学习,规范学分银行建设;创新高等教育机制,灵活服务学生需求;促进数据资源流通,构建统一服务平台;设置技术伦理约束,保障敏感数据安全;加速教学模式改革,开展多元混合教学。In order to solve the problems in the development of traditional higher education,such as students’inability to adapt to the future work,the widening knowledge gap between highly educated and less educated people,teachers’work pressure,and students’academic pressure,The Netherlands Association of Universities of Applied Sciences,The Netherlands Association of Universities,and the Dutch Association of Education and Research institutions jointly released Getting to grips with digitization:Digitization as a catalyst for the desired transition in higher education.The transformation agenda aims to provide readers with tools and inspiration to accelerate the transformation of higher education along the right path.By using the methods of content analysis,this study systematically analyzes three major drivers,six visions,and ten key actions of the digital transformation in higher education of the Netherlands.Based on the analysis,suggestions for the digital transformation of higher education in China are made,including standardizing the construction of credit banks to serve lifelong learning for all;innovating higher education mechanisms to flexibly serve the needs of students;promoting the flow of data resources to build a unified service platform;setting up technical and ethical constraints to ensure the security of sensitive data;accelerating the reform of teaching models to carry out multivariant mixed teaching.
