摘  要:随着国内各大城市的快速发展,现代城市交通矛盾日益突出,修建地下铁道已成为解决城市交通问题的有效途径之一。浅埋暗挖地铁车站平顶直墙小导洞内钢管中柱施工,依据暗挖地铁车站PBA+小导洞平顶、直墙及导洞内机械成孔施工方法,在小导洞内使用桩柱一体化施工技术施工钢管中柱,用超声波检测仪检测钢管柱垂直度,使用测斜管判断柱内混凝土浇筑前后钢管柱位移情况。此方法操作方便简单,各项技术措施衔接紧密,可有效控制安装精度和提高钢管柱施工质量。With the rapid development of major cities in China, the contradiction of modern urban traffic has become increasingly prominent, and the construction of subway has become one of the effective ways to solve urban traffic problems. For the construction of steel pipe central column in the small pilot tunnel of the flat top and straight wall of the shallow-buried underground excavation subway station,according to the construction method of the flat top and straight wall of the small pilot tunnel of the PBA+underground excavation subway station and the mechanical hole forming in the pilot tunnel, the integrated construction technology of pile and column is used to construct the steel pipe central column in the small pilot tunnel, the verticality of the steel pipe column is detected by the ultrasonic detector, and the displacement of the steel pipe column before and after the concrete pouring in the column is judged by the inclinometer. This method is easy to operate, and various technical measures are closely connected, which can effectively control the installation accuracy and improve the construction quality of steel pipe column.
