摘 要:目的 对乳酸、乙酸、过氧化氢(H_(2)O_(2))、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)-α等影响白色假丝酵母菌生长生物被膜及菌丝形成进行研究,为外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病发病及久治不愈原因提供依据。方法 白色假丝酵母菌经含不同浓度乳酸、乙酸、H_(2)O_(2)、TNF-α肉汤培养基培养与含不同浓度乳酸、乙酸、H_(2)O_(2)血清养基,检测其生长、生物被膜及菌丝抑制情况。结果 乳酸、乙酸、H_(2)O_(2)浓度依赖性抑制生长和生物被膜形成。与早期形成生物被膜(4 h)相比,3种物质对晚期形成生物被膜(24 h)抑制作用明显减弱。乳酸、乙酸浓度依赖性抑制菌丝形成,低浓度H_(2)O_(2)、TNF-α无抑制作用。结论 乳酸、乙酸、H_(2)O_(2)有抑制白色假丝酵母菌生长生物被膜形成作用。乳酸、乙酸能抑制菌丝生长。TNF-α无直接杀菌能力。外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病发生及久治不愈可能与阴道微生态失衡,乳酸、乙酸、H_(2)O_(2)浓度下降,减弱或失去抑制白色假丝酵母菌生长生物被膜及菌丝形成有关。Objective This paper aims to study the effects of lactic acid, acetic acid, hydrogen peroxide, tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) on the growth of Candida albicans biofilm and mycelium formation, so as to provide evidence for the incidence and long-term treatment of Candida albicans. Methods Candida albicans strains were cultured in broth with lactic acid, acetic acid, H_(2)O_(2), TNF-α at different concentrations, and cultured in serum with lactic acid, acetic acid, H_(2)O_(2)with different concentrations. The growth, biofilm and hyphal inhibition of Candida albicans were detected. Results The concentrations of lactic acid, acetic acid, H_(2)O_(2)concentration dependently inhibit growth and biofilm formation. Compared with the early biofilm formation(4 h), the inhibition effect of the three substances on the late biofilm formation(24 h) was significantly weakened. Lactic acid and acetic acid concentration dependently inhibit mycelium formation and low concentrations of H_(2)O_(2)and TNF-α had no inhibitory effect. Conclusion Candida albicans growth biofilm and hyphal formation can be suppressed by lactic acid, acetic acid, H_(2)O_(2). Vulvovaginal candidiasis may be related to the decrease or loss of inhibition on Candida albicans growth biofilm and myeclia formation due to the decrease of lactic acid, acetic acid, H_(2)O_(2)concentrations.
