摘 要:为了提升柜类家具质量,减少因铰链安装不规范导致的柜门寿命降低,提出了一种杯状铰链精准安装方法,并通过无工具安装试验测试铰链安装过程中铰杯偏移量,从耐久性能和力学强度两个维度对比使用精准安装方法后对杯状铰链接点性能的影响。研究结果表明:1)普通安装者安装铰杯的最大偏移量进行安装的试验门和使用精准安装方法安装的试验门在开合40 000次后功能均无明显损坏,精准安装方法安装的试验门耐久性能有提升但效果不明显;2)使用精准安装方法安装后,杯状铰链安装接点的力学强度相比于普通安装者最大偏移量安装铰杯的试验门力学强度提升了约119%,相比于专业安装者最大偏移量安装铰杯的试验门力学强度提升了约25.9%。In order to improving the quality of cabinet furniture,to reduce the cupboard door hinge installation specification not result in reduced life spans,a precise installation method of cup hinge was proposed. Through the test tool free installation hinge cup offset in the process of installation,the influence of installation methods on the performance of cup hinge contact was compared in aspects of durable property and mechanical strength. The research results show that:1)The test door installed by ordinary installers with the maximum offset of hinge cups and the test door installed by precise installation method have no obvious damage after 40 000 times of opening and closing,and the durability of the test door installed by precise installation method has been improved but the effect is not obvious;2)After precise installation method is used,the mechanical strength of the cup hinge mounting contact is improved by about 119%compared with the test door with the maximum offset installed by ordinary installers,and by about 25.9%compared with the test door with the maximum offset installed by professional installers.
