整体厨房的适老化设计原则

摘　　要：现代社会老年人口不断增加,整体厨房的适老化设计提高了老年人在厨房使用时的效率与体验,有利于解决老龄化问题。针对目前整体厨房的设计问题,通过问卷调查法了解到老年人整体厨房L型布局最多,使用传统厨电较多,对存储空间和橱柜尺寸满意度较低,影响老年人舒适满意度和存储空间满意度的分别是橱柜尺寸和厨房面积以及最关注厨房安全性能等特点。通过入户调研法观察老年人在厨房作业中的行为,发现存在橱柜尺寸不合适、存储空间不合理、局部光照不充足、厨房操作不当或误触等问题。结合老年人的生理、心理、行为等特征,对整体厨房的橱柜尺寸、布局形式、存储空间、整体与局部照明、智能化产品等方面提出适老化设计原则,为提升老年人的整体厨房使用体验提供一定的设计依据。In modern society with the increasing elderly population,the elderly-friendly design of the integrated kitchen improves the efficiency and experience of the elderly when using the kitchen,which is conducive to solving the problem of aging.In view of the current design problems of the integrated kitchen,through the questionnaire investigation,it is learned that L-shaped kitchen was one of the most common layout of the integrated kitchen for the elderly,as well as the customary traditional kitchen electricity and low satisfaction with the storage space and cabinet size.The cabinet size and kitchen area and pay most attention to the safety performance of the kitchen.Through household investigation,the behavior of the elderly in kitchen operation is observed.It is found that there are a lot of common problems,such as inappropriate cabinet size,unreasonable storage space,insufficient local lighting,improper kitchen operation or accidental touch.Combined with the physiological,psychological and behavioral characteristics of the elderly,this paper puts forward the elderly-friendly design principles in aspects of the cabinet size,layout form,storage space,overall and local lighting,intelligent products and other aspects of the integrated kitchen,which will provide a certain design basis for improving the integrated kitchen experience of the elderly.
