摘　　要：在制造板式家具过程中,对于加工不同类型的订单应选用不同类型的开料设备,以达到低成本高效率的生产模式。主要以板式家具开料设备为主线,通过查阅文献、实地调研的方法,概述了推台式开料锯、电子开料锯、机器手辅助电子开料锯以及智能开料工作站的发展史及关键技术特征,并根据4种开料设备的主要加工特点分析其适用性:灵活、低效的推台锯适用于改和补料环节;可实现多张板件同时裁切的电子开料锯适用于批量化生产;智能化的机器手辅助电子开料锯和智能开料工作站适用于智能车间生产。以期为板式家具企业开料设备的选型和产线规划提供参考。In the process of manufacturing panel furniture,different types of cutting equipment should be selected for processing different types of orders to achieve a low-cost and high-efficiency production mode. This research mainly focuses on panel furniture cutting equipment. Through the methods of literature review and field research,this research summarizes the development history of push-table cutting saws,electronic cutting saws,robot-assisted electronic cutting saws and intelligent cutting workstations.Key technical characteristics,and analyze their applicability according to the main processing characteristics of the four types of cutting equipment:flexible and low-efficiency push table saws are suitable for modification and replenishment links;electronic cutting saws that can realize simultaneous cutting of multiple panels Suitable for mass production;intelligent robot-assisted electronic cutting saw and intelligent cutting workstation are suitable for intelligent workshop production. In order to provide reference for the selection of cutting equipment and production line planning for panel furniture enterprises.
