新型超声造影剂Sonazoid在乳腺癌及其前哨淋巴结诊疗中的应用

摘　　要：乳腺癌是世界范围内最常见的癌症,且发病率呈逐年上升趋势,严重影响女性身心健康及生活质量。乳腺癌的早期诊断及早期规范化治疗是提高生存率的关键,其中影像学对病变检出及疗效评估有重要作用。与X线、传统超声、CT、MRI相比,超声造影能够显示肿瘤的微血供情况,在空间、时间、对比度、分辨率及实时成像等方面具有独特优势。新型超声造影剂Sonazoid作为第二代血池造影剂,已在肝脏肿瘤的诊治中显示出巨大优势,在乳腺及前哨淋巴结领域也有潜在的应用优势。本文对Sonazoid在乳腺及前哨淋巴结诊疗方面的研究进行综述。Currently,breast cancer has surpassed lung cancer becoming the most common cancer in the world for the first time,with the increasing incidence yearly,which is seriously effecting women's quality life physically and psychologically.The key of improving survival rate of breast cancer are early diagnosis and early standardized treatment.Among them,imaging plays an important role in the detection of lesions and the evaluation of curative effect.Compared with X-ray,traditional ultrasound,CT,MRI,contrast-enhanced ultrasound has unique advantages in space,time,contrast,resolution and real-time imaging,it also can display the blood supply of the tumor.The new ultrasound contrast agent Sonazoid,the second-generation blood pool contrast agent,has shown great advantages in the diagnosis and treatment of liver tumors.It also has potential application advantages in the field of breast and sentinel lymph nodes.This survey reviews Sonazoid's research on breast and sentinel lymph nodes.
