摘 要:420马氏体不锈钢与Ti-6Al-4V钛合金是标准的难加工材料,车削时不易获得良好的切削质量,为此在C616普通车床上设计并安装了纵扭超声振动车削系统来提高其车削加工效果。介绍所设计的加工系统,利用该系统对两种难加工材料进行了有无超声振动的切削实验。结果证明:纵扭超声车削相比普通车削,能有效减少表面粗糙度,改变切削速度时表面粗糙度平均可降低约21.42%,改变切削深度时表面粗糙度平均可降低约15.61%,改变进给量时表面粗糙度平均可降低约21.01%;而且可以降低刀具磨损和取得更好的表面形貌和切屑形态,进而使纵扭式超声振动车削的切削质量优于普通车削。420 Martensitic stainless steel and Ti-6Al-4V titanium alloy are standard difficult-to-machined materials,and it is difficult to obtain good cutting quality in turning.Therefore,in this study,a longitudinal torsional ultrasonic vibration assisted turning system was designed and installed on a C616 lathe to improve the turning effect.The designed machining system was introduced,and the ultrasonic vibration experiments were carried out on two kinds of difficult machining materials by using the system.Experimental results show that compared with ordinary turning,longitudinal torsional ultrasonic vibration assisted turning can effectively reduce the surface roughness,the average surface roughness can be reduced by 21.42%when changing the cutting speed,15.61%when changing the cutting depth,and 21.01%when changing the feed rate.Moreover,the tool wear can be reduced and better surface morphology and chip morphology can be obtained,so that the cutting quality of longitudinal torsional ultrasonic vibration assisted turning is better than that of conventional turning.
