摘 要:为研究装载机驾驶室的热舒适性,运用CFD技术建立驾驶室有限元模型,并对室内流场进行数值模拟,得到温度场和速度场的气流组织分布。经仿真与试验对比,验证了此模型的准确性和合理性。基于该模型,提出利用UDF对PMV-PPD、空气龄、吹风感评价指标编译的方法,对驾驶室的热舒适性进行可视化研究。结果表明:在所设定的环境条件下,驾驶员表面的PMV值为-0.55~0.35,PPD值集中分布在5.5%~12.5%之间;吹风感指数(DR)在11%~13%范围,小于15%,人体不会有强烈的吹风感;车室内空气龄基本保持在35 s,说明空气品质良好。In order to study the thermal comfort of loader cab,the finite element model of the cab was established by using CFD technology,and the indoor flow field was numerically simulated to obtain the air distribution of temperature field and velocity field.The accuracy and rationality of this model were verified by comparison between simulation and experiment.Based on this model,a method of compiling PMV-PPD,air age and blowing feeling evaluation indexes by UDF was proposed to visualize the thermal comfort of the cab.The results show that under the set environmental conditions,the PMV value of the driver’s surface is about-0.55~0.35,and the PPD value is concentrated in the range of 5.5%~12.5%;the blowing sensation index(DR)is in the range of 11%~13%,less than 15%,and the human body will not have a strong blowing sensation;the indoor air age is basically kept at 35 s,indicating that the air quality is good.
