摘  要:以大轴端面锈蚀为清洗目标,采用模块化设计方法,利用Visual Studio 2017开发环境下的MFC框架开发基于视觉的激光清洗软件系统,设计图像综合、程序管理、清洗工艺管理和报警监测四大功能模块。利用该软件系统进行相关测试,结果表明:该软件系统各模块运行稳定,管理便捷,可视化程度高,能够满足大轴端面锈蚀的激光清洗功能需求。In order to clean the rust of large shaft parts,by using modular design method and MFC framework of Visual Studio 2017 development environment,a vision-based laser cleaning software system was developed.Four functional modules of image comprehensive,programming management,laser cleaning process management and alarm monitoring were designed.The software system was used to carry out relevant tests.The results show that each module of the software system runs stably,the management is convenient,the visualization degree is high and it can meet the requirements of laser cleaning rust in large shaft parts.
