摘　　要：目的分析Vogt-小柳-原田綜合征(Vogt-Koyannagi-Harada syndrome,VKHS)的眼底熒光血管造影特點。方法對10例18眼VKHS患者進行詳細眼部檢查,並行眼底熒光血管造影(Fundus fluorescein angiography,FFA)檢查,觀察其特點。結果10例18眼患者中FFA表現:13眼造影早期視盤表面毛細血管擴張,後期呈高熒光;18眼後極部及中周部表現為多發性強熒光斑點,後期呈多湖狀染料積存的高熒光;15眼後極部及中周部脈絡膜背景熒光呈斑點狀充盈缺損;8眼放射狀條形低熒光。結論VKHS具有損害視網膜色素上皮的特點,FFA的特征性改變對該病早期診斷具有重要意義。Objective To study the characteristics in Vogt-Koyanagi-Harada syndrome(VKHS)using fundus fluorescein angiography(FFA).Methods 10 cases(18 eyes)of VKHS were examined with fundus color photography and fundus fluorescein angiography.Results In 10 cases(18 eyes)of VKHS,the characteristics of FFA showed optic disc epicapillary dilatation in the early phase,and fluorescence leakage in the advanced stage in 13 eyes.Multiple exudation of retinal pigment epithelium(RPE)appeared in 18 eyes in the early phase.Cystic fluorescein reservoir was observed in the late phase.Punctated choroid fluorescein filling defect at the posterior pole and central periphery of ocular funds was observed in 15 eyes.There were hypofluorescence hangs radiating from the optic disc in 8 eyes.Conclusion VKHS can damage RPE.FFA is an important examination of VKHS.
