摘  要:骨性关节炎(osteoarthritis,OA)是致残率最高的慢性疾病,由于肥胖率增加和老龄化的到来,OA对人们的生活和社会资源产生越来越大的负面影响。随着高通量技术的发展,非编码RNA的研究逐渐成为OA领域的热点,近来的研究表明软骨细胞凋亡及细胞外基质的降解是OA主要的病理基础,非编码RNA与软骨细胞存在密切联系,但其分子机制尚未完全阐明。本文就非编码RNA对软骨细胞和胞外基质的影响做一综述,以期进一步了解软骨退变的机制,为OA的早期诊疗提供新思路。Osteoarthritis(OA)is a chronic disease with a high disability rate.With the increase in the obesity rate and an aging patient population,OA is having more and more negative impacts on peoples’lives and social resources.With the development of high-throughput technology,the study of non-coding RNA has gradually become a hot spot in the field of OA.Recent studies have shown that chondrocyte apoptosis and extracellular matrix degradation are the main pathological bases of OA.Non-coding RNA is closely related to chondrocytes,but the molecular mechanism has not been fully clarified.This article reviews the effects of non-coding RNA on chondrocytes and the extracellular matrix to further understand the mechanisms of cartilage degeneration and provide new ideas for the early diagnosis and treatment of OA.
