摘　　要：本试验旨在研究日粮粗蛋白质水平对1~28日龄三穗鸭生产性能的影响,并估算三穗鸭的粗蛋白质需要量。试验采用单因子完全随机试验设计,挑选420只健康雄性三穗鸭,随机分为6个处理组,每个处理7个重复,每个重复10只,不同处理组试验鸭分别饲喂粗蛋白质水平为17%、18%、19%、20%、21%、22%的试验日粮。试验期为28 d。结果表明:日粮粗蛋白质水平对28日龄体重、平均日增重具有显著影响,且随着日粮粗蛋白质水平的提高呈线性升高(P<0.05),Ⅰ组体重、平均日增重最低,Ⅴ组的体重、平均日增重最高,Ⅴ组体重及平均日增重分别比Ⅰ组提高25.51%、28.49%。日粮粗蛋白质水平对1~28周龄三穗鸭料重比具有显著影响,且随着日粮粗蛋白质水平的升高呈线性降低(P<0.05),Ⅵ组的料重比最低,Ⅰ组的料重比最高,Ⅵ组比Ⅰ组降低了11.59%。日粮粗蛋白质水平对1~28日龄三穗鸭平均日采食量无显著影响(P>0.05)。以日增重为评价指标,利用直线-折线模型估算1~28日龄三穗鸭的粗蛋白质需要量为18.75%。The purpose of this experiment was to st udy the effect of dietary crude protein levels on growth performance,and to estimate the crude protein requirement of Sansui ducks from hatch to 21 days of age.The experiment adopted a single-factor completely randomized experimental design,selection of 420healthy male Sansui ducks,divided 6 treatment groups,7 replicates in each treatment group,and 10 male Sansui ducks in each replicate.The experimental ducks in different treatment groups were fed experimental diets with crude protein levels of 17%,18%,19%,20%,21%and 22%,respectively.The experimental period was 28 days.The results showed that:Dietary crude protein level had a significant effect on 28-day-old body weight and average daily gain,which increased linearly with the increase of dietary crude protein level(P<0.05),groupⅠhad the lowest body weight and average daily gain,groupⅤhad the highest body weight and average daily gain,and the body weight and average daily gain in groupⅤwere 25.51%and 28.48%higher than those in group I,respectively.The dietary crude protein level had a significant effect on the feed-to-gain ratio of Sansui ducks from hatch to 21 days of age,and with the increase of crude protein level,the feed-togain ratio decreased linearly(P<0.05),group VI has the lowest feed-to-weight ratio,group I has the highest feed-to-gain ratio,compared with group I,group VI decreased by 11.59%.The dietary CP level had no significant effect on the average daily feed intake of Sansui ducks from hatch to 21 days of age(P>0.05).According to broken-line linear regression,and use daily weight gain as the evaluation index,the crude protein requirement of of Sansui ducks from hatch to 21 days of age was 18.75%.
