摘  要:为探讨不同硒源饲粮对鸡蛋品质、血液中硒沉积、鸡蛋中硒沉积的影响,试验选取400只340日龄健康状态良好的海兰褐蛋鸡,随机分为4组,每组5个重复,每个重复20只,分别饲喂基础日粮、基础日粮+0.5 mg/kg亚硒酸钠(试验A组)、基础日粮+0.5 mg/kg蛋氨酸硒(试验B组)、基础日粮+0.5 mg/kg纳米硒(试验C组),并于第7、14、28天测定蛋品质、鸡蛋和血液中的硒含量。结果显示:与对照组相比,饲粮中添加亚硒酸钠、蛋氨酸硒、纳米硒产蛋率分别提高0.82%、1.87%、2.47%,纳米硒提高产蛋效果显著(P<0.05);各试验组日采食量分别提升0.84%、2.40%、2.75%,蛋氨酸硒和纳米硒组日采食量显著提高(P<0.05);蛋鸡血液中第28天的硒含量分别提高44.88%、62.20%、127.17%(P<0.05);鸡蛋中的硒沉积分别提高64.58%、87.50%、155.73%(P<0.05)。综上所述:在饲粮中添加不同硒源的饲粮均可以显著提高蛋鸡的生产性能,提高硒在血液和鸡蛋中的沉积效果,且纳米硒的提升效果更优于亚硒酸钠和蛋氨酸硒。In order to explore the effects of different selenium source diets on egg quality,selenium deposition in blood,and selenium deposition in eggs,400340-day-old Hylan brown laying hens in good health were selected and randomly divided into 4 groups,with 5 in each group,20 animals in each replicate,which were fed basal diet,basal diet+0.5 mg/kg sodium selenite(test group A),basal diet+0.5 mg/kg methionine selenium(test group B),basal diet+0.5 mg/kg nano-selenium(test group C).On the 7th,14th,28th days,the egg quality,the selenium content in eggs and blood were determined.The results showed that compared with the control group,the egg production rates of sodium selenite,methionine selenium,and nanoselenium groups were increased by 0.82%,1.87%and 2.47%in the diet,respectively.The daily feed intake was increased by 0.84%,2.40%,and 2.75%,respectively.The methionine selenium and nano-selenium groups increased the daily feed intake significantly(P<0.05);Se deposition in eggs increased by 64.58%,87.50%and 155.73%,respectively(P<0.05).To sum up,the addition of different selenium sources to the diet could significantly improve the production performance of laying hens,improve the deposition effect of selenium in blood and eggs,and the improvement effect of nano-selenium was better than that of sodium selenite and selenium methionine.
