摘　　要：为进一步提升调度绞车的运输效率和安全性,结合地面选煤厂的生产能力提出了调度绞车的指标要求,确定了调度绞车的总体设计方案;重点对调度绞车传动系统中各级齿轮的参数设计及材料选型、热处理方式进行确定;对制动系统的制动方式和各关键元器件的参数进行设计;提出了调度绞车的设计思路,为后续调度绞车的优化奠定基础。In order to further improve the transportation efficiency and safety of the dispatching winch and lay the foundation for the production capacity of the ground coal processing plant,the index requirements of the dispatching winch are proposed in combination with the production capacity of the ground coal processing plant,and the overall design scheme of the dispatching winch is determined.The design of the braking system and the parameters of each key component are designed;the design ideas of the dispatching winch are proposed to lay the foundation for the subsequent optimization of the dispatching winch.
