摘　　要：城市人居空间是影响人类居住幸福感的重要因素。为探索未来城市人居空间的演化趋势,并且弥合其理论与实践的裂隙,文章回顾梳理了近现代以来城市人居空间的演化实践以及相关经典论述。通过提炼总结未来城市人居空间发展的三大维度,并以此为据,检视与评价国内本土实践案例“阿那亚·北戴河”项目,对于今后城市人居空间及社区营造研究提供了相关参考和范式。Urban living space is an important factor affecting the happiness of human settlement.In order to explore the evolution trend of urban living space in the future and bridge the gap between theory and practice,this paper reviews and sorts out the evolution practice of urban human settlement space since modern times and related classic discussions.By refining and summarizing the three dimensions of future urban human settlement space development,and using this as a basis,the domestic local practice case"Aranya Beidaihe"project is examined and evaluated.It provides relevant references and paradigms for the future research of urban living space and communitybuilding.
