摘　　要：目的回顧分析Thermafil根管充填技術的臨床效果。方法以鏡湖醫院口腔科從2013年01月~2014年12月診治的45位根管治療患者共118隻患牙為研究對象,從根管治療的超充率、充填成功率及封閉性對Thermafil充填技術進行回顧分析。結果根管充填利用根尖周指數(periapical index,PAI)評定為1級、2級、3級的百分率分別是67.8%、11.9%、15.3%,4級和5級均為2.5%;根管充填質量中,超充、恰充及欠充的百分率分別是44.9%、46.7%及8.4%;根管充填封閉性中,良好佔90.7%、不良佔9.3%。結論Thermafil根管充填技術在臨床上有理想的成功率,較良好的根管封閉性,但有一定程度的超充率,可獲得滿意的臨床效果。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacyof Thermafil obturation technique.Methods 45 patients who hadreceived root canal treatment in Oral&Maxillofacial Center of Kiang Wu Hospital were enrolled in the study form January 2013 to December 2014.Results The percentages of patients with PAI ratinglevel 1,level 2,level 3 were 67.8%,11.0%,15.3%respectively,and 2.5%for both Level 4 and level 5.The rate of over-filling,optimal-filling and under-filling were 44.9%,46.7%and 8.4%respectively.The rate of filling obturation were good in 90.7%and non-good in 9.3%.Conclusion Thermafil technology has an ideal success rate in clinical setting.Most teeth had adequate adaptation using core-carrier obturation material.However,a considerable number of teeth had overfilling.Short-term postoperative pain was not uncommon.In general,the clinical outcome of the Thermafil obturation is favorable.
