摘  要:为了探究矿工安全素养对不安全行为的影响机制,引入感知行为控制作为中介变量,时间压力作为调节变量,根据3家煤矿企业的341份有效样本数据,采用结构方程模型和Bootstrapping方法对安全素养与不安全行为关系的相关假设进行实证检验。结果表明:安全知识、安全意识、安全心理和安全生理对矿工的意向性不安全行为和非意向性不安全行为均有显著负向影响;感知行为控制对意向性不安全行为和非意向性不安全行为均有显著负向影响,且感知行为控制在安全素养与意向性不安全行为之间起中介作用;时间压力对安全素养与感知行为控制的关系有负向调节作用。In order to explore the influence mechanism of miners’ safety literacy on unsafe behavior, perceived behavior control was introduced as a mediating variable and time pressure as a moderating variable. Based on 341 valid sample data from 3 coal mining enterprises, the structural equation model and Bootstrapping method are used to empirically test the relevant hypotheses of the relationship between safety literacy and unsafe behavior. The results show that safety knowledge, safety awareness, safety psychology and safety physiology have a significant negative impact on miners’ intentional unsafe behavior and unintentional unsafe behavior;perceived behavioral control affects intentional and unintentional unsafe behaviors, and it mediates the relationship between safety literacy and intentional unsafe behavior;time pressure has a negative moderating effect on the relationship between safety literacy and perceived behavioral control.
