摘  要:随着国际竞争形势的急剧变化,急需培养出一大批创新人才。化工作为基础行业,更需要能承担行业发展,民族振兴的人才。化工创新人才的培养,离不开立体多元化的化工实验教育体系构建。针对目前的化工实验教学存在的问题,针对性地改革,建立起由化工核心课程的基础知识体系-化工类实验体系相融合的人才培养方式。开展项目式教学,激发学生的创新能力。经过改革实践,学生的动手能力、知识运用能力以及发现解决问题能力得到提升。With the rapid changes in the international competition situation, there is an urgent need to cultivate a large number of innovative talents. As a basic industry, chemical industry needs talents who can undertake industry development and national revitalization. The cultivation of innovative chemical talents is inseparable from the construction of a three-dimensional and diversified chemical experiment education system. In view of the current problems in chemical experiment teaching, reforms were made in a targeted manner, and a talent training method was established that integrated the basic knowledge system of the core curriculum of chemical engineering and the experimental system of Chemical Engineering. Project-based teaching to stimulate students’ innovative ability was carried out. Through reform and practice, students’ hands-on ability, knowledge application ability and problem-solving ability were improved.
