摘 要:在加快新工科建设进程中,化学实验教学中心的建设与管理既是重要支撑,也是深化教学改革、培育创新型人才的关键因素之一。本文探讨了新工科背景下实验室建设的目标,分别从规划顶层设计、调整管理体系、完善实验室制度、升级设备、加快信息化进程、优化实验培养体系和加强实验教材建设、提升实验技术人员水平、优化考核机制等几个方面阐述了实验室建设与管理的内容,以期推动实验室建设与管理的发展,保障高校人才培养质量。The construction and management of chemical experiment teaching center is not only an important support, but also one of the key factors to deepen teaching reform and cultivate innovative talents in the process of accelerating the construction of new engineering.The goal of laboratory construction under the background of new engineering was expounded, the contents of laboratory construction and management from the aspects of planning top-level design, adjusting management system, perfecting laboratory system, upgrading equipment, accelerating information process, optimizing experimental training system, and strengthening the construction of experimental teaching materials were discussed, and the construction of laboratory team was completed by improving the quality and service level of experimental technicians and optimizing the assessment mechanism.It was expected to promote the development of the construction and management of new engineering laboratories, ensure the quality of talent training in the universities.
