摘  要:山楂具有消食健胃、行气散瘀、化浊降脂等功效,临床上多与丹参、虎杖等药物用于动脉粥样硬化、高脂血症、冠心病等病症。研究表明,山楂抗动脉粥样硬化的活性成分主要包括黄酮类、有机酸类、多糖类等,其作用机制主要体现在抗氧化、改善脂质代谢、保护血管内皮功能及抗炎等方面。故现对近年来相关研究中所提到的山楂及其类方的临床应用、药理研究、抗动脉粥样硬化活性成分及机制等进行系统综述。Hawthorn can help digestion and strengthen the stomach,promote Qi and dissipate blood stasis,eliminate turbidity and decrease lipid,which combined with other Chinese herbal medicinal materials such as Salvia miltiorrhiza roots and Polygonicuspidati Rhizoma et Radix are mainly uesd in the treatment of atherosclerosis,hyperlipidemia,coronary heart disease and other diseases.The bioactive components associated with the anti-atherosclerosis effect of Fructus Crataegi include total flavonoids,organic acids and polysaccharides cell.Hawthorn inhibits atherosclerosis mainly by lowering lipid,resisting oxidative,anti-inflammatory effect and protecting vascular endothelial.Therefore,we review the clinical application,pharmacological research,active components and mechanisms of hawthorn and its similar prescriptions mentioned in the relevant studies in recent years.
