摘 要:综合客运枢纽存在因导向信息网络无序,难以描述旅客与导向信息交互行为、旅客寻路感受,引发的导向信息设计不合理的问题。研究梳理和总结分层理念下枢纽设施、信息的层级关系,设计寻路实验解析了分层概念的信息参数,揭示了分层信息网络下旅客寻路与导向信息的交互机理,提出并构建了旅客与信息交互的分层视觉行为指标,实现了复杂建筑结构的导向信息评价。相比既有的可视性指标,分层视觉行为指标明确了导向信息分层机制,量化了信息对旅客视觉行为的作用参数,将研究对象由设施细化为信息,并且新指标对案例评价结果整体分数提高7%。研究表明考虑导向信息网络层级的分层视觉行为指标对导向信息反馈能力、旅客获取目标信息感受解释性更强。基于分层视觉行为评价指标的评价方法能够更好地为综合客运枢纽流线设计及导向信息设置提供优化依据。The disordered guidance information network can hardly describe passengers’ interaction with guidance information and their wayfinding feelings,ultimately leading to the unreasonable guidance information(GI) design in comprehensive passenger transport hubs(CPTHs).The hierarchical relationships among the facilities and information in a hub under the hierarchical concept were reviewed and summarized.The information parameters under the hierarchical concept were analyzed by the wayfinding experiments designed,and the interaction mechanism between passengers’ wayfinding and the GI in the hierarchical information network was revealed.A hierarchical visual behavior index(HVBI)was constructed to describe passengers’ interaction with information,and the evaluation of the GI in a complex building structure was thereby achieved.Compared with the existing visibility index,the HVBI clarifies the mechanism of the GI hierarchy,quantifies the parameters related to the effect of information on passengers’ visual behavior,and disaggregates the research object from facilities to information.In addition,the new index improves the overall score of the case evaluation results by 7%.The results show that the HVBI considering the hierarchy of the GI network can better interpret the feedback ability of the GI and passengers’ experience of obtaining the target information.The evaluation method based on the HVBI can provide a better optimization basis for the streamlined design and GI setting in CPTHs.
