摘　　要：智慧图书馆的建设是提高公共文化服务水平和质量,打造全民学习服务体系的重要举措.高校建设智慧图书馆可以更好地体现知识信息传播与服务中心的价值;构建多元立体信息资源体系,形成深度学习与智慧决策的智慧服务平台;可以践行国家公共文化服务体系建设均等性、普惠型要求,化解文化供给不充分、不平衡的矛盾.建设内容包括服务内容的数字化、服务模式的智能化、服务空间的多维化、管理人员职业素养的专业化.As a smart library is the key to innovation of public service and establishment of a learning system nationwide,the construction of the smart library in universities can better help with knowledge dissemination,build a multi-dimensional resources system,form a deep learning and intelligent decisionmaking platform,meet the requirement for equality and inclusiveness in the construction of national public cultural service system,and solve the contradiction of insufficient and unbalanced cultural supply.The construction includes the digitization of contents,multi-dimensionalization of space,and cultivation of pro-fessional quality of the personnel.
