快速康复外科与AO治疗原则相结合在下颌骨骨折治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探究快速康复外科(Fast track surgery,FTS)与国际内固定研究学会(Arbeitsge-meinschafts für osteosynthesesfragen/Association for the study of internal fixation,AO/ASIF)治疗原则相结合在下颌骨骨折治疗中的应用价值。方法:选取2019年12月-2020年11月在笔者医院接受治疗的84例下颌骨骨折患者为研究对象。采用随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,每组42例。对照组采用AO治疗原则的处理方式,研究组快速康复外科联合AO治疗原则处理,对比两组患者术后康复情况、并发症发生率、满意度及舒适度。结果:研究组患者下床时间、首次排尿时间、住院时间、住院费用均低于对照组,术后1周开口度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者并发症发生率2.38%,低于对照组16.66%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者满意度评分、舒适度评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在下颌骨骨折治疗中应用快速康复外科结合AO治疗原则,能够缩短患者康复时间、提升康复质量、降低并发症发生率、提升患者满意度及舒适度,具有临床推广应用价值。Objective To explore the application value of the combination of fast track surgery(FTS) and arbeitsgeinschafts full osteosynthesis fracture(AO) in the treatment of mandibular fractures. Methods 84 patients with mandibular fracture treated in our hospital from December 2019 to November 2020 were selected as the research objects. The patients were randomly divided into control group and study group, with 42 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated based on the principle of AO, and the patients in the study group were treated based on the principle of fast track surgery combined with AO. The postoperative rehabilitation, complication rate, satisfaction and comfort of the two groups were compared. Results The time of getting out of bed, the time of first urination, the time of hospitalization and the cost of hospitalization in the study group were lower than those in the control group, and the opening degree one week after operation was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was 2.38%, lower than 16.66% in the control group,the differences was statistically significant(P<0.05). The scores of satisfaction and comfort in the study group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of fast track surgery combined with AO in the treatment of mandibular fracture can shorten the rehabilitation time, improve the rehabilitation quality, reduce the incidence of complications, and improve the satisfaction and comfort of patients. It has the value of popularization and application.
