自制间隙恢复器在口腔临床治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的:设计一种新型的间隙恢复器,并评价其效果。方法:回顾性分析2018年1月-2019年9月在笔者医院接受间隙保持并导致间隙变小的51例患者,定期复诊,并对此装置进行可行性评估。结果:51例患者中有46例恢复正常的间隙,使其恒牙得以正常长出,2例有效,有3例患者未及时就诊。结论:自制间隙恢复器制作简单,在间隙保持并导致间隙变小方面成功率高,是成本较低的早期矫治方法,有较高的临床应用价值。Objective To introduce and evaluate a new gap recovery device used in premature loss of deciduous teeth.Methods A retrospective analysis of 51 cases of space maintenance in our hospital from January 2018 to September 2019 that resulted in gap clearance,regular follow-up visits,and a feasibility assessment of this device.Results Among the 51 patients,46 cases recovered normal space,which made their permanent teeth grow normally.2 cases valid but failed to recover due to poor oral hygiene conditions,and 3 cases were lost to follow-up.Conclusion The self-made gap restorer has high success rate,simple manufacture,low cost,and high clinical application value,which is worthy of promotion.
