摘  要:运用气相色谱-质谱联用技术,建立婴幼儿奶瓶食品模拟物中迁移出的2,2,4,4-四甲基-1,3-环丁二醇的检测方法。婴幼儿奶瓶经食品模拟物10%乙醇和50%乙醇浸泡后,利用VF-WAX MS色谱柱进行分离,测定采用气相色谱串联质谱法,外标法定量。2种模拟物中2,2,4,4-四甲基-1,3-环丁二醇的质量浓度在1.0~10.0 mg·kg^(-1)线性关系良好,相关系数均大于0.99,检出限(S/N=3)为0.3 mg·kg^(-1),测定值的相对标准偏差(n=6)在2.09%~9.06%,方法加标回收率在91.1%~106.6%。经验证,该方法操作简单,精密度、回收率高,能快速检测出目标化合物。试验中将本方法成功应用于5种市场流通样品检测,检测结果显示,该方法满足婴幼儿奶瓶中2,2,4,4-四甲基-1,3-环丁二醇迁移量的检测需求。A detection method for the migration of 2,2,4,4-tetramethyl-1,3-cyclobutanediol into food simulants in infant feeding bottles by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry was established.After the infant feeding bottles were extracted by food simulants of 10%ethanol and 50%ethanol,the food simulants were separated by VF-WAX MS column,detected by GC-MS,and used external standard method for detection.In food simulants of 2,2,4,4-tetramethyl-1,3-cyclobutanediol had a good linear relationship in the range of 1.0~10.0 mg·kg^(-1),the linear correlation coefficients were more than 0.99,the detection limit(S/N=3)was 0.3 mg·kg^(-1),the standard recovery rates were 91.1%~106.6%,and the relative standard deviations(n=6)were 2.09%~9.06%.The method has the advantages of simple operation,high precision,high recovery rate and rapid detection of target compound.In the test,this method was successfully applied to the detection of 5 kinds of market infant feeding bottles,and the test results showed that the method can meet the detection needs or the determination of migration of 2,2,4,4-tetramethyl-1,3-cyclobutanediol in infant feeding bottles.
