摘　　要：本文采用文献资料法、录像分析法、数理统计法对2022年世界跆拳道锦标赛女子53kg级银牌得主左菊在本次比赛中的技战术运用情况进行统计分析,旨在为提高我国女子跆拳道竞技水平提供参考依据。研究结果:左菊在本次比赛中运用了七种技术,横踢和侧踢使用率最高,但直拳为成功率最高的技术;该运动员单一技术的运用效果较组合技术高;在战术的使用上左菊进攻战术和迎击战术运用次数最多,但其成功次数最多和得分数最多的均为近身战术;左菊以中位技术为主导辅以高位技术,其旋转技术运用较少。This paper uses the methods of literature review,video analysis and mathematical statistics to statistically analyze the techniques and tactics used by Zuo Ju,the silver medalist of women’s 53kg in the 2022 World Taekwondo Championship,so as to provide a theoretical reference basis for improving the level of women’s taekwondo in China.The results show that Zuo Ju used seven techniques in this competition,with the highest usage rate of horizontal and sidekicks,but the one with the highest success rate was straight punches;the use of single technique was more effective than combined techniques;in terms of tactics,Zuo Ju used most frequently the offensive and welcoming tactics,but the most successful tactics were close tactics,with the most scoring rate;Zuo Ju used medium techniques as the main technique,supplemented by high techniques.
