摘  要:幸福河作为我国新时代河湖治理的新目标,对我国生态、环境可持续发展具有重要意义。为合理评价幸福河,进一步梳理幸福河的内涵,以嫩江齐齐哈尔市区为例,采用“单指标量化-多指标综合-多准则集成(SMI-P)”法,按照“目标-标准-指标”3个层次构建幸福河评价指标。该方法可为全省河湖管理重点和幸福河建设提供参考。As a new goal of river and lake governance in the new era of my country,Happy River is of great significance to the sustainable development of my country's ecology and environment.In order to reasonably evaluate Happy River,this paper further sorts out the connotation of Happy river.Taking Qiqihar urban area of Nenjiang river as an example,the“single-indicator quantification-multi-indicator synthesis-multi-criteria integration(SMI-P)”method is adopted to construct the Happy River evaluation index according to the three levels of“target-standard-indicator”.This method provides a reference for the key points of river and lake management in our province and the construction of Happy River.
