摘　　要：目的:探讨乳腺癌改良根治术病人感知心理社会适应与生存质量的相关性。方法:采用便利抽样法选取2021年6月—2021年12月在宁夏医科大学总医院乳腺外科门诊复诊的178例乳腺癌改良根治术病人作为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表、乳腺癌病人心理社会适应问卷、乳腺癌生存质量测定量表进行调查,分析乳腺癌改良根治术病人感知心理社会适应与生存质量的相关性。结果:乳腺癌改良根治术病人感知心理社会适应总分为117.00(108.75,126.25)分,生存质量总分为54.00(49.00,62.00)分。Spearman相关性分析显示,乳腺癌改良根治术病人感知心理社会适应与生存质量呈正相关(r=0.512,P<0.05)。结论:乳腺癌改良根治术病人感知心理社会适应与生存质量均处于较低水平,感知心理社会适应显著正向影响其生存质量,因此护理人员要重点关注乳腺癌病人的感知心理社会适应水平,为病人和家属提供系统的心理社会干预和有效的情绪管理办法。Objective:To investigate the correlation between perceived psycho-social adjustment and quality of life in breast cancer patients undergoing modified radical mastectomy.Methods:A total of 178 patients who underwent modified radical mastectomy in the breast surgery clinic in General Hospital of Ningxia Medical University were selected as the research objects by convenience sampling From June 2021 to December 2021.General information Questionnaire,Psycho-social Adaptation Questionnaire for Breast Cancer patients and Breast Cancer Quality of Life Scale were used to investigate,so as to analyze the correlation between perceived psycho-social adjustment and quality of life in patients undergoing modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer.Results:The total score of perceived psycho-social adjustment of patients undergoing modified radical mastectomy was 117.00(108.75,126.25),the total score of quality of life was 54.00(49.00,62.00).Spearman correlation analysis showed that perceived psycho-social adjustment was positively correlated with quality of life(r=0.512,P<0.05).Conclusions:The perceived psychosocial adaptation and quality of life of patients undergoing modified radical mastectomy are both at a low level,and the perceived psychosocial adaptation has a significant positive impact on their quality of life.Therefore,nursing staff should focus on the perceived psycho-social adaptation level of breast cancer patients,and provide systematic psycho-social intervention and effective emotional management methods for patients and their families.
