摘　　要：辽宁科技大学创新创业学院从教学部门的生态整合、学科之间的生态整合、社会资源的生态整合、大创竞赛的生态整合以及创业孵化的生态整合等方面入手,建立了精英班的生态模型。通过制定个性化的培养方案、建设与完善运行机制、对接社会资源,为学生职业提供更广阔的上升空间与平台,提高了学生双创意识和能力。The College of Innovation and Entrepreneurship of University of Science and Technology Liaoning has established an ecological model of mass entrepreneurship and innovation elite class,which includes the ecological integration of teaching departments,among disciplines,of social resources,of innovation competitions and of entrepreneurship incubation.Through the formulation of personalized training programs,construction and improvement of operation mechanism,and connection with social resources,it provides a broader space and platform for students’career,and improves students’awareness and ability of mass entrepreneurship and innovation.
