摘  要:电气化铁路隧道内电缆的安装结构及敷设形式直接影响供电设施的可靠性,是确保列车牵引供电安全的关键。为保障隧道内27.5 kV电缆的长期稳定运行,本文在分析传统电缆挂架和安装形式的基础上,提出了基于复合材料的新型电缆挂架,从结构形式、力学性能、施工效率、工程经济性等方面探讨了新型电缆挂架的特点,分析了隧道内电缆安装的不同形式的优缺点和适用范围。研究成果可为电气化铁路隧道内电缆挂架选用及安装形式设计提供借鉴。The installation structure and laying form of cables in electrified railway tunnels directly affect the reliability of power supply facilities and are the key to ensuring the safety of train traction power supply.In order to ensure the long-term stable operation of 27.5 kV cable in the tunnel,this paper put forward a new type of cable hanger based on composite materials on the basis of analyzing the traditional cable hanger and installation form,discussed its characteristics from the aspects of structural form,mechanical properties,construction efficiency,and engineering economy,and analyzed the advantages and disadvantages and application scope of different forms of cable installation in the tunnel.The results can provide a reference for the selection and installation form design of cable hangers in electrified railway tunnels.
