摘　　要：视神经脊髓炎谱系病(neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorders,NMOSD)是一种以视神经和脊髓受累为主的中枢神经系统炎症性脱髓鞘疾病。疼痛在NMOSD患者中较为常见,其表现形式复杂多样且呈动态变化,NMOSD患者的疼痛往往较重,严重影响患者的生活质量。文章围绕NMOSD相关性疼痛概况、发病机制、影响因素、与疾病复发的关系以及治疗做一综述。Neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorders(NMOSD)is an inflammatory demyelinating disease of the central nervous system with predominant involvement of the optic nerve and spinal cord.Pain is common in NMOSD,and its manifestations are complex and dynamic.Patients with NMOSD often suffer from severe pain,which seriously affects their quality of life.This article reviews the profile of NMOSD-related pain,its pathogenesis,influencing factors,relationship to disease recurrence,and treatment.
