摘  要:课后服务质量标准是决定课后服务质量的关键要素,深度系统推进课后服务质量标准改革是规范课后服务活动、保证课后服务质量的重要途径。美国佛罗里达州课后服务质量标准帮助该州在短短两年内跻身全国课后服务评估排行前列,实现后来者居上。佛罗里达州课后服务质量标准基于课后服务实践产生,标准内容科学合理,依靠课后服务平台推进标准落实,依据标准评价结果引导质量改进。当前,为了提升课后服务质量,我国需尽快出台专门的课后服务质量标准,规范课后服务活动;建立课后服务专业机构,提升标准的专业性与适用性;发挥评价工具改进功能,引导课后服务高质量发展。Standards are the key elements determining the quality of after-school services.Therefore,advancing the reform of quality standards is an important way to standardize after-school service and ensure its quality.Florida Standards for Quality Afterschool Program helped the state to rank among the top in the national after-school service in just two years.This standard was based on the best practice of after-school service in Florida.Its contents were scientific and reasonable.The development and implementation of the standards were led by the special platform.The evaluation results of the standards guide quality improvement.At present,China needs to set quality standards as soon as possible to regulate the after-school service;establish specialized institutions to enhance the professionalism and applicability of the standards;achieve high-quality development of after-school services by developing evaluation tools.
