摘  要:【目的】针对重庆地区寡日照的气候特点,结合不同作物、不同生长阶段光需求的差异性,探究植物工厂中光源不同高度和光强比例条件下的栽培槽平面光场分布规律,建立补光灯高度、光强比例与栽培槽平面光场强度之间的定量关系模型,为补光灯高度及光强的自动、精准、按需调控提供支撑。【方法】在重庆市农业科学院的密闭型智能仿真农业环境实验室中,以智能LED补光灯为研究对象,探究补光灯不同高度和光强比例条件下的栽培槽平面光场强度变化规律,采用回归型支持向量机算法构建以补光灯高度、光强比例、空间位置信息为输入,栽培槽平面光场强度为输出的补光灯光场强度预测模型,利用此模型进行栽培槽平面光场强度的预测及实现根据不同作物、不同生长阶段需光特性的补光灯高度的精准调节。【结果】探析不同高度和光强比例条件下的栽培槽平面光场分布规律,发现在同一光源高度条件下,随着光强比例的增大,栽培槽平面的光场强度值也随之增加;在同一光强比例下,随着补光灯高度的增加,栽培槽平面中心区域的光场强度值随之减小,而边缘区域的光场强度值反而有一定程度的增加。对比5种建模方法,发现SVR算法在所得数据集上表现最佳。构建的栽培槽平面光场强度预测模型的训练精度R^(2)可达0.9897,测试精度R^(2)达0.9815,证明此模型可靠性良好。【结论】解析植物工厂LED阵列补光灯的栽培槽平面光场强度分布规律,证明了构建栽培槽平面光场强度预测模型的必要性。该模型的精准构建,为设施农业或植物工厂条件下不同作物、不同生长阶段的光源位置及强度最优动态调控奠定良好的支撑。【Objective】According to the climatic characteristics such as the lack of sunshine in Chongqing,combined with the different light demand of different crops and different growth stages,the present study explored the distribution law of the plane light field of the cultivation tank under the conditions of different plant fill light heights and light intensity ratio in the plant factory,and established a quantitative relationship model between the fill light height,light intensity ratio and the plane light field intensity of the cultivation tank,so as to provide support for the automatic,accurate and on-demand regulation of the fill light height and light intensity.【Method】In the closed intelligent simulation agricultural environment laboratory of Chongqing Academy of Agricultural Sciences,and taking the intelligent LED fill light as the research object,the paper explored the light field intensity change law of the cultivation tank under the conditions of different fill light height and light intensity ratio.The regression support vector machine algorithm was used to construct the spatial light field intensity prediction model of fill light,which took the fill light height,fill light intensity ratio and spatial position information as the input and the plane light field intensity of cultivation tank as the output.Based on this model,the intensity of the plane light field in the cultivation tank was predicted,and the height of the fill light suitable for different crops and different growth stages was adjusted as needed.【Result】Exploring the law of light field distribution on the plane of cultivation tank under different heights and light intensity ratios,it was found that with the increase of the proportion of light intensity at the same height,the value of light field intensity on the surface of the cultivation tank plane light field also increased;Under the same light intensity ratio,with the increase of fill light height,the light field intensity value in the center area of the plane light field surfac
