“信息疫情”下老年人健康信息素养问题及其教育提升策略

摘　　要：在给出“信息疫情”“健康素养”“健康信息素养”“电子信息素养”等概念的基础上,提出老年人健康信息素养的负面影响因素主要有不良的人口统计学因素、复杂的健康信息来源因素、疫情信息泛滥和严重的“信息疫情”因素等。根据四个因素的相互联系和作用方式,构建出老年人健康信息素养负面影响因素作用模型。认为疫情信息加持下老年人健康信息素养水平降低主要表现为对关于自身的健康信息关注度下降、对健康信息获取的主动性变得更低以及健康信息利用率降低三个方面。最后,从教育主体、教育场合和教育渠道、教育方法方面提出老年人健康信息素养的教育提升策略。Based on the concepts of“infodemic”,“health literacy”,“health information literacy”and“electronic information literacy”,it is proposed that the negative factors affecting the health information literacy of the elderly mainly include adverse demographic factors,complex sources of health information,excessive epidemic information and serious infodemic.According to the interrelationship and action mode of the four factors,a model of negative factors of the elderly s health information literacy was constructed.It is believed that the reduction of the health information literacy level with the support of epidemic informationis mainly manifested in three aspects:the decreased attention to their own health information,the lower initiative to obtain health information,and the lower utilization rate of health information.Finally,from the educational subjects,educational occasions and educational channels and methods,the paper puts forward the education promotion strategies of elderly health information literacy.
