摘 要:为充分利用豆制品加工过程中产生的大豆种皮副产物,采用微波辅助草酸铵、柠檬酸钠提取大豆种皮多糖后的废弃残渣为原料,制备纤维素薄膜,对2种纤维素薄膜进行性能测试。接触角测试结果显示:去离子水在滴入纤维素薄膜的20 s内,ACF的接触角由62.79°迅速变为59.35°,下降5.48%;而SCF的接触角由76.83°转变为72.69°,下降5.39%,ACF的吸水性更强。红外光谱测试结果显示:纤维内部存在少量蛋白质。通过扫描电镜结果可知:ACF表面粗糙且存在较多微孔,SCF表面较为光滑,微孔较少,存在大面积的片层堆积。热重分析显示:ACF和SCF的初始分解温度都为220℃左右;ACF终止分解温度为540℃左右,而SCF为480℃左右,比ACF降11.1%。透光率分析显示:在波长200~1000 nm范围内SCF的透光率高于ACF,在波长1000 nm处纤维素薄膜透光率最高,SCF透光率为12%,ACF透光率为7.96%,SCF总体性能优于ACF。研究结果为制备具有可再生可降解、缓解白色污染、保护环境的植物纤维素薄膜提供技术支持。In order to use the byproducts of the soybean processing process fully,the waste residues were used to prepare the cellulose film after polysaccharide was extracted by ammonium oxalate and sodium citrate,and the performance of two cellulose films were tested and analyzed.Contact angle test results show that the contact angle of the ACF rapidly changes from 62.79°to 59.35°with the rate of decline of 5.48%.Whereas the contact angle of the SCF changes from 76.83°to 72.69°with the rate of decline of 5.39%.The ACF is more hydrophilic.The results of FTIR spectrum show that there is a little protein in the fiber.The results of scanning electron microscope show that the surface of ACF is rough and has many micropores,while the surface of sodium SCF is smooth and has few microspores and large area of layer accumulation.The thermogravimetric study shows that the initial decomposition temperature of ACF and SCF is about 220℃,the final decomposition temperature of ACF is about 540℃,while the SCF is about 480℃,which is 11.1%lower than that of ACF.Light transmittance analysis shows that the transmittance of SCF is higher than ACF at 200~1000 nm,the cellulose films have the highest light transmittance at 1000 nm.The light transmittance of the SCF is 12%,the light transmittance of the ACF is 7.96%,so,the overall performance of SCF is better than ACF.The results provide technical support for the preparation of plant cellulose films with renewable degradation,white pollution mitigation and environment protection.
