摘 要:为提高旋转式吹瓶机的工作稳定性,对开合模凸轮机构运动过程进行分析,利用复数矢量法建立数学模型,并赋予执行构件运动规律;根据逆运动学方法,借助Matlab求出开合模凸轮导轨理论轮廓曲线和压力角变化,完成对凸轮机构的运动学仿真。结果表明,开合模凸轮导轨的设计方法正确,工作时最大压力角为18.8°且保持0°附近变化,具有工程应用价值。研究为开合模凸轮机构的设计和改善提供参考。In order to improve the working stability of rotary bottle blowing machine,the motion process of CAM mechanism of opening and closing mold was analyzed.The mathematic model of CAM mechanism of the opening and closing mold was established by complex vector method,and the motion law of the executing member was given.According to the inverse kinematics method,with the help of Matlab,the theoretical contour curve and pressure angle change of the CAM guide rail of opening and closing mold were obtained,and the kinematics simulation of CAM mechanism of the opening and closing mold was completed.The results show that the design method of the CAM guide rail of the opening and closing mold is correct,and the maximum pressure angle is 18.8°a nd keeps at around 0°,which has the engineering application value.The research provides reference for the design and improvement of CAM mechanism of opening and closing mold.
