摘 要:新时代,职教师资培养问题已逐渐成为制约我国职业教育高质量发展的短板和瓶颈。为破解福建省中职师资数量缺口较大、实践水平偏低、培养培训模式落后等难题,基于台湾地区中等技职教育师资队伍的现状,及其在师资职前教育制度引领与职后培养实践养成两方面的有益经验,结合福建省实际情况,建议从多元培养、提高技能、提升学历、优化职前课程和完善职后培训5个方面进行改革,以更好适应新时代我国职业教育高质量发展对中职师资培养的新要求,建成以“双师型”为标志的新时代中职师资培养新模式。In the new era, the training of vocational teachers has gradually become a short board and bottleneck restricting the high-quality development of vocational education in China.In order to solve the problems such as the large gap in the number of secondary vocational teachers, the low level of practice, and the backward of training model in Fujian Province, based on the current situation of the secondary technical and vocational education teachers in Taiwan region, and its beneficial experience in both the pre-service education system guidance and the post-service training practice, combined with the actual situation of Fujian province, It is suggested that reform should be carried out from five aspects: diversified training, improving skills, improving academic qualifications, optimizing the pre-service curriculum and improving the post-service training, so as to better adapt to the new requirements of the high-quality development of vocational education in the new era for the training of secondary vocational teachers, a new mode of secondary vocational teacher training in the new era marked by "double qualification" has been built.
