摘  要:为了建立同时测定紫菜、虾片、鱿鱼干、鲜虾皮等常见水产品中碘和溴含量的方法,通过正交试验设计选择最优提取条件,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定元素含量。样品粉碎后加入2%四甲基氢氧化铵,于80℃浸提3 h,然后以103Rh为内标,应用ICP-MS测定127I和79Br含量。结果表明:两种元素在1~1000μg/L范围内线性相关系数均大于0.999,加标回收率在85.7%~112.1%之间,重现性良好,碘和溴的检出限分别为0.0044μg/g和0.029μg/g,定量下限分别为0.015μg/g和0.097μg/g。该方法简单、便捷、准确,可为水产品中碘和溴的同时测定提供参考依据。In order to establish a method for simultaneous determination of iodine(I)and bromine(Br)in aquatic products,such as laver,shrimp slices,dried squid and fresh shrimp skin,inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)was used to measure the above elements.The optimal extraction process was selected through orthogonal experiments.The result showed that the best extraction process was to add 2%tetramethyl ammonium hydroxide,with 3 hours at 80℃.Rhodium(103Rh)was used as the internal standard element in ICP-MS tests for27I and79Br.The results showed that the calibration curves of those two elements were linear in the range of 1μg/L-1000μg/L(r>0.999).The recovery rates of spiked samples ranged from 85.7%to 112.1%with good repeatability and intermediate precision.The limits of detection for I and Br were 0.0044μg/g and 0.029μg/g,respectively.The lower limits of quantitation for iodine and bromine were 0.015μg/g and 0.097μg/g,respectively.The method is simple,convenient and accurate,and provides a reference for the simultaneous determination of iodine and bromine in food.
