摘　　要：制造执行系统(MES)是制造业实现信息化的重要手段之一。为了解决不同制造行业、不同生产企业MES系统定制工作量大、实施周期长、成本高的问题,提出一种MES基础数据模型化思路。针对人员、设备、物料、资产、工具、工艺等生产要素进行建模,通过建立基础数据模型实现对不同制造企业基础数据的匹配,减少MES系统的定制实施周期,从而降低MES系统实施成本。Manufacturing execution system(MES) is one of the important means to realize manufacturing informatization in manufacturing industry.In order to solve problems in different manufacturing industries and production enterprises, which leads to issues of large customization amount, long implementation cycle and high cost, a MES basic data modeling idea was put forward.Production factors such as personnel, equipment, materials, assets, tools, and processes were modeled.Through the establishment of the basic data model, the matching of the basic data from different manufacturing enterprises was realized.Then the implementation cycle of MES system is reduced, the implementation cost of MES system is reduced.
