摘  要:风翼助航是实现船舶绿色化发展的有效途径之一。液压系统作为风翼动力系统的重要组成部分,其运行状态决定风翼助航船运行的可靠性与节能效果。以风翼液压系统为对象,综合分析其故障部位、方式、特点以及故障后果,通过梳理国内外液压系统的故障诊断方法,分析各类诊断方法在风翼液压系统上的适用性,并总结各类诊断方法的特点和不足。结果表明:具有多层次诊断结构的智能诊断方法在提升大型复杂液压系统故障诊断精度及降低诊断模型复杂度方面具有优势,将成为船舶风翼液压故障诊断研究的发展趋势。Wing-assisted navigation is one of the effective ways to realize the green development of ships.The hydraulic system is an important part of the wing propulsion system, and its operating condition determines the operational reliability and energy saving effect of the wing-assisted ship.Taking the wing hydraulic system as the object, its fault location, method, characteristics and consequences were analyzed comprehensively;the applicability of various diagnosis methods in the wing hydraulic system was also analyzed, the characteristics and deficiencies of various diagnosis methods were summarized by reviewing the fault diagnosis methods of hydraulic systems at domestic and overseas.The analysis result shows that the intelligent diagnosis method with multi-level diagnosis structure has advantages in improving the fault diagnosis accuracy of large and complex hydraulic systems and reducing the complexity of the diagnosis model.It will become the development trend of the research on ship wing hydraulic fault diagnosis.
