产业结构调整视角下专业学位研究生教育结构优化研究——以重庆市为例

摘　　要：专业学位研究生教育与区域经济发展有着密切联系。结合重庆市“十四五”规划,对重庆市产业结构和专业学位研究生教育结构进行分析,发现重庆市专业学位研究生教育的层次结构、科类结构、形式结构以及布局结构都存在对地方经济发展不利的因素。重庆市应该充分利用专业学位研究生教育资源,协调层次结构,优化人才储备;完善科类结构,支撑产业发展;优化形式结构,顺应产业升级;平衡布局结构,倡导因地制宜,以聚焦科学主题“铸魂”、面向未来发展“筑城”、联动全域创新“赋能”。Professional degree postgraduate education is closely related to regional economic development. Based on the “14th Five-Year Plan” of Chongqing, the industrial structure and the structure of professional degree postgraduate education in Chongqing are analyzed. This paper finds that the hierarchical structure, discipline structure, formal structure and layout structure of professional degree postgraduate education have unfavorable factors for local economic development in Chongqing. Chongqing should make full use of professional degree postgraduate education resources, coordinate the hierarchical structure, and optimize the talent reserve;improve the discipline structure to support industrial development;optimize the formal structure to comply with industrial upgrading;balance the layout structure, advocate local conditions, and focus on the scientific theme of “casting the soul”, facing the future development of “building the city”, and linking the global innovation “empowerment”.
