摘  要:为研讨呼吸内科护理重症患者采取循证护理干预的价值。2020年5月—2021年5月时段,将南通大学附属医院收治的呼吸内科重症患者中选取58例开展研究。依据抽签法均分,人数29例/组,参照组给予传统护理,研究组给予循证护理干预。研究发现,研究组护理效果显著高于参照组;研究组发生气管黏膜损伤、气管套管堵塞、肺部感染等人数显著少于参照组;研究组置管时间、肺部感染时间相对于参照组更短。由此可见,循证护理干预全面应用在呼吸内科重症患者护理服务中,能改善血气指标,控制并发症发生,临床上可大力推广。This paper mainly discusses the value of evidence-based nursing intervention in nursing severe patients in respiratory department.During the period from May 2020 to May 2021,the author’s hospital treated a large number of severe patients in respiratory medicine,and 58 cases were selected to cooperate with the study.According to the lottery method,the number of patients was 29/group.The reference group was given traditional nursing,and the research group was given evidence-based nursing intervention.The study found that the nursing effect of the study group was significantly higher than that of the reference group;The number of patients in the study group who suffered from tracheal mucosal injury,tracheal cannula blockage and pulmonary infection was significantly less than that in the reference group;The intubation time and pulmonary infection time in the study group were shorter than those in the reference group.It can be seen that evidence-based nursing intervention can be widely used in the nursing service of severe patients in respiratory medicine,improve blood gas indicators and control complications.
