摘 要:对莞城学龄儿童的屈光状态分布进行观察,分析屈光要素测量值水平与屈光状态的关系。回顾性选取2021年1月—2022年1月在莞城青少年视力低下防治中心进行视力检查的5~12岁的儿童共1256例,均已完善视力检测(等效球镜度数)及屈光要素测量(眼轴长度、角膜直径、平均角膜曲率、轴率比),记录其屈光状态。以不同屈光状态分组,比较不同组间各屈光要素指标水平差异,分析各屈光要素指标水平与屈光状态的关系。检查发现莞城学龄儿童的屈光不正以近视为主,眼轴长度、轴率比是影响儿童屈光状态的主要因素,眼轴长度及轴率比增长,儿童近视程度越深。To observe the distribution of refractive state of school aged children in Guancheng,analyze the relationship between the measured value level of refractive elements and refractive state,and retrospectively select 1256 children aged 5 to 12 years who had their eyesight checked in the Center for the Prevention and Treatment of Juvenile Poor Vision in Guancheng from January 2021 to January 2022.All of them have completed the visual acuity test(equivalent spherical lens degree)and refractive element measurement(axial length,corneal diameter,average corneal curvature,axial ratio),the refractive state was recorded.By grouping with different refractive states,the differences of each refractive element index level among different groups were compared,and the relationship between each refractive element index level and refractive state was analyzed.The refractive error of school age children in Guancheng is mainly myopia.The axial length and axial ratio are the main factors affecting the refractive status of children.The increase of axial length and axial ratio will lead to the deeper myopia of children.
